We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the product you are getting! Customer satisfaction and long-term relationship is our top priority at Feataholic.

Our refund policy offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund from the purchase date. We would love to hear what you didn’t like and how we can improve.

When you can ask for a refund

  • If this is a new purchase and not a renew or upgrade
  • No more than 14 passed since your date of purchase

Refunds are processed using the same method you used during your subscription process and can only be issued to the same email address that was used to make the purchase.

How to ask for a refund

If you meet the above criteria then you can ask for a full refund using our contact page. Tell us the WordPress Plugin you are asking for a refund and your order number. We would appreciate any feedback so we can improve our services.

In any case, Feataholic has any right to refuse refunds if any violation of the refund policy is found.
